Religious Education Info

Religious Education Options for Classes for 2020-2021.  Due to social distancing guidelines, our class options have changed, so please read this notice carefully.

Traditional classroom: For K through 8th grades on Mondays only (6:00 – 7:15 pm). Classes run from early October until the end of April. Due to social distancing guidelines, all lessons will be presented online and recorded, so students may watch anytime during the week. Textbooks and additional materials will be distributed in late August and early September.

Family Catechesis: This program is offered to 1st through 7th grade students only.  As a parent you will teach your child at home for three weeks with materials that we provide. The student and a parent are also required to attend a live-streamed class (on Wednesdays) once a month to review what was taught at home and for a family lesson on a Church tradition or season: The Rosary, All Saints’ Day, The Liturgical Year, Advent, etc. The student and a parent must attend this once-a-month class. These evening classes will be presented online one Wednesday a month. Students and parents will be able to watch anytime during the week.
